New Purchases

Hello everyone,

Basically this is my second attempt at this post i did try yesterday but for some reason blogger chucked me out before i had finished not giving me time to finish it so i gave up (naturally) However i'm having another go now!

The weather has been horrendous the last few days, all i've wanted to do is stay indoors and keep dry however on Wednesday i accomanied skye (my best friend) to London for her audition to London drama school RADA, this obviously lead to shopping afterwards we couldnt resist although i am very short of $$$ i managed to pick up a few pieces, so here goes..

Angelica Nail Varnish - Primark £2.50

Face masks - Primark £0.90

Foundation/Concealer brush - Primark £1.50

Primark Necklace - Ok so your probably thinking this necklace looks a little like a centipide right? i also think it does in this photo however in real life it really doesnt. The colour also doesnt do it justice in this photo (stupid iphone) its actually a beautiful neon orange colour which compliments a tan perfectly and for £3 you can't really go wrong! I guess i could count this as my first purchase for my holiday. Go me!

Angelica Nail Varnish - Sorbet -This Nail colour is beautiful and i've been looking for a colour similar to this for such a long time and honestly didnt think i would be finding it in Primark of all places (I didn't even know they did nail varnish) It only needs one coat for it too be opaque which is a bonus and seems to be long lasting however i have only worn it once. But i am loving it netherless.

Sunday Afternoon - My first product review GOSH and Collection 2000

Afternoon honeys!
Only one week left of the easter holidays boo! :( slighly worrying as ive done no where near enough work as i should have oh well looks like i'll be keeping my head down this last week to do as much work as i possibly can.
During the last week i've been on a mini holiday to The New Forest with the family and of course i couldnt resist a cheeky shopping trip although it was only quick i managed to pick up two new lipsticks.

GOSH - Velvet Touch Lipstick 134 Darling (Right)

What they say?

GOSH Velvet touch lipstick gives an intense and lasting color to the lips due to a high concentration of color pigments. The creamy lipstick contains a new type of light reflecting pigments that give the lips a bright and shiny look.

What i say ?

Ive beeen looking for a good nude lipstick for a long time and for the price £6.99 from Superdrug this one is perfect although it claims to give a shiny look i find that it looks more matte than most lipsticks i've tried before. The only problems im finding with this one is the fact that it doesn't last for very long however i havent tried pairing it with a lip balm as a base which may help. 7/10

Collection 2000 - Volume Sensation 11 Peachy Keen (Left)

Contains up to 40% Volumising ingredients to plump your pout in a flash, a moisturising lipstick with a luxurious creamy feel available in 11 different shades.

What i say?

After seeing a girl on Come Dine With Me with a really nice pink lipstick on i was on a mission to find one similar i tried it out on my hand however on your lips it comes out a more darker shade of pink however it can be lightened if you start with a foundation or powder base to begin with. However this colour has grown on me and i would recommend it if your looking for something a bit different. 6/10

Anyway back to college work need to get back on track have a lovely week and i'll post again in the coming days!
